How we ask before texting you

B&C Performance Audio (a division of The Franks Standard LLC) sends text messages about order status, shipping updates, and support requests only after you give permission on a phone call.

Verbal opt-in (phone): When you call our toll-free support line at (877) 837-0527, our agent asks: “May we send text messages to this mobile number about your order or support request? Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.” We only send SMS after you clearly say yes. We do not send marketing texts without separate written consent.

Message frequency: A few messages per order or support case. Opt out: Reply STOP to any message. Help: Reply HELP or call (877) 837-0527. Mobile information is not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing.
